The Igbo are highly vigilant and always prepared to defend themselves whenever they believe they are under attack,” a fictional Fulani militant character says in this satirical story.

According to the fictional group, “Anyone who attempts to attack the Igbo should expect fierce resistance. 

Their communities respond quickly to danger—the women raise the alarm immediately, while the men mobilize to defend their people. That is why we avoid confronting them directly,” the character claims.
